CAPT Mark J. Banish
Born in Michigan, Mark charted waters starting at age 12 in the Great Lakes fishing, recreational boating and competitive sailing Flying Scot sailboats. An owner of 4 different vessels, Mark obtained his sea time operating a 22' Century Dual Console, 26' and 29' Sea Ray Sundancers on Lake Norman and coastal waters of GA, SC and NC. A resident of Jupiter, FL for 3 years, Mark operated his currently owned 219 Sea Pro Center Console (The Banishment III) across South Florida including over 400 days of sea time in FL Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico waters.
Currently a resident of Port Orange, Florida, Mark has logged over 1,400 days of certified sea time in both freshwater and coastal waters in NC, SC, GA, and Florida.
In addition to his USCG Captains License, Mark earned a BS degree in Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Portland.
